Resumania ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Elite Technology. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app and website at resumania.app.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you provide directly: your name and email address when you sign up or purchase a plan. We also collect your resume content and work experience that you enter to generate your resume. We automatically collect a device identifier to manage free trial eligibility.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to: generate your AI-powered resume and related documents; process your payment and deliver your access token; send you your token and optional follow-up communications about your job search; improve our service; and prevent fraud and abuse of free trials.

3. AI PROCESSING

Your resume data is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API to generate your results. Anthropic may process this data according to their own privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy. We do not store your complete resume content on our servers — processing happens in your browser session.

4. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments are processed through Square, Cash App, and Venmo. We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by these third-party providers subject to their own privacy policies.

5. DATA STORAGE

User account information is stored locally on your device using browser storage. Your name, email, plan type, and device identifier may be stored in our admin system to manage your account and access.

6. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (Anthropic AI processing, payment processors) or as required by law.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

1. THE SERVICE

Resumania provides AI-generated resume writing, ATS optimization, cover letters, and career coaching tools. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided as-is. We do not guarantee job placement or interview callbacks.

2. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our service — AI-generated content is delivered immediately upon token redemption — we do not offer refunds. Warm Up passes are valid for one single generation. Daily and weekly passes expire at the end of the purchased period.

3. FREE TRIAL

Each device is entitled to one free watermarked preview. Free trial results may not be copied, downloaded, or used commercially. Attempting to circumvent the one-per-device limit is a violation of these terms.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely your own creation without review; submit false information to generate misleading resumes; attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the service; or use the service for any illegal purpose.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Resumania brand, interface, and underlying code are owned by Elite Technology. The AI-generated resume content produced for you is yours to use. We retain no claim over your personal resume results.
